Please read the following information carefully before purchasing tickets. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions below.
- Tickets for this event are available as either electronic tickets or paper tickets. Refunds will not be issued for personal reasons, except in the event of postponement or cancellation of the performance.
- Guests using wheelchairs will be accommodated in a designated viewing area. Please contact Hands On Entertainment Co., Ltd. at [email protected] after purchasing your ticket. A ticket is also required for any accompanying guest. Due to limited space, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
- For safety reasons, only official 鈴華ゆう子 concert goods may be used as penlights or other illuminated items, as well as any items displayed inside the venue.
- Guests with a body temperature of 37.5°C (99.5°F) or higher on the day of the event will not be admitted. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Waiting for performers before or after the event near the venue or at transportation hubs is strictly prohibited.
- Gifts may be placed in the designated gift box at the venue. Please refrain from bringing flowers, food, perishable items, hazardous materials, books, stuffed animals, or any items that are difficult to transport.
- If you wish to send a flower stand, please confirm with the venue in advance and inform them of both delivery and pickup times. Dressing room flowers will not be accepted.
- The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, loss, or theft occurring inside or outside the venue. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
- The performance may be postponed, canceled, or partially modified if circumstances beyond our control—such as government directives—make it difficult to proceed as planned.
- Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be asked to leave the venue. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We appreciate your cooperation in observing all rules, etiquette, and health and safety measures.
