【Concert Guidelines & Notes】

Please read and agree to the following terms before purchasing your tickets:

• Wheelchair users will be seated in designated areas. If selected, please contact Hands-On Entertainment. A ticket is required for any accompanying person. Note that space is limited and accommodations may not always be possible.

• Only official Yuko Suzuhana light-up goods may be brought into the venue. Staff may approach you if you use non-official items.

• Tickets cannot be refunded for personal reasons except in the case of postponement or cancellation.

• Attendees with a body temperature of 37.5°C or higher on the day will not be admitted. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded. Please notify staff immediately if you feel unwell during the event.

• Waiting for artists at the venue or nearby stations (before/after the event) is strictly prohibited.

• Gifts should be placed in the designated gift box at the venue. Please refrain from bringing flowers, food, perishables, hazardous items, books, stuffed animals, or anything difficult to transport.

• For flower stand setup/delivery/pick-up times, please contact Hands-On Entertainment directly.

• The organizer, venue, and performers are not responsible for accidents or theft inside or outside the venue. Please take care of your valuables.

• Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be asked to leave. In such cases, refunds will not be provided. We ask for your cooperation in following rules, manners, and health safety guidelines.
